Privacy notice
This notice explains how Pasecom uses the personal details you give us, mainly through the enquiry forms on this website. Last updated 13 October 2026.
Who we are
Pasecom is the trading name of PASECOM GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17139327. We are based in Hinckley, Leicestershire, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number ZC117546. What our forms collect
When you fill in one of our contact forms, we receive the details you choose to give us. Depending on the form, that can include your name, business name, email address, phone number, town, the type of business you run, a link to an existing website or social profile, a description of what you need, and any preferred times for a call or visit. We also receive anything you write in the message box. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a message.
If you email or phone us directly, we keep the details you give us in the same way.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to talk through what you need, to prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to set up the work. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
Our lawful basis
Where you are asking about our services for your business, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business. Where you are asking for a quote or to start work with us, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who else handles your data
We use a small number of service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Web3Forms, which delivers the details you submit through our forms to our email inbox.
- IONOS, which hosts this website and our email.
- Google Analytics, which tells us how visitors use the site (see the cookies section below).
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, they rely on recognised safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them. If an enquiry does not lead to any work, we normally delete it within 2 years. If you become a customer, we keep the records we need to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay and the type of device you use. We use this to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is wrong, to ask us to delete it, and to object to us using it. To make a request, email pete@pasecom.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
